Claim Status software - Downloading Instructions 1 Download the self extracting file WebSoft.exe Select "SAVE" option from the popup window to save the file in local system. 2 Double click on the exe file to extarct the folder ClaimsWeb_Software and two pdf files viz., EPFO Office Codes.pdf and Instrctions.pdf to a desired destination folder. Use the same password as SAMA 2007. Copy all the files inside the folder to a DOS formatted floppy except the pdf files as they cannot be opened in the Unix system. 3 Create a directory in your UNIX machine and DOSCOPY these files to the directory. Read the Instructions.pdf file before operating the software. 4 Refer to the letter from Head Office for further guidelines.
